Providing a lift to front of the home plus protection to the cars and front entrance  

  Customer Requirements:

  • Shelter from weather for Vehicle

  • New Driveway and site cut

  • Match existing House lines and textures

  • Design of Structure to enhance area whilst maintaining height in keeping with dwelling.

Client was seeking to achieve a freestanding carport.  Carport was to match house lines and feel.

Site needed to be prepared for physical driveway with steps, retaining wall and path leading to Dwelling

Gable type roof design furthered the statement of structure to blend with the dwelling.. 

Construction using Canadian Oregon timber frame,  Cypress Pine Posts, Colorbond Roofing, flashings and gutters to Verandah extension provided the material solutions required to the design needs..

New concrete paving for driveway finished the project.
