Gable Verandah with Decking - Handrails

 

Verandah & Decking extends your Living area 

Customer Requirements:

  • Shelter to rear exit's of Dwelling

  • Provide Turned Posts to match existing house at front

  • Match existing House lines and textures

  • Provide both Dry and Open Decking area's using the decking to provide steps from two directions

  • Provide effective Design to Structure to enhance area whilst blending with existing house roof and other proposed landscaping.

Using Merbau decking provides both matching colour textures to contrast the Verandah's individual  texture and overall ambience to rear entertainment area.

Gable roof design provides height to roofed area whilst the extending the dwellings undercover area.

Primary usage for external entertaining and protection needed from prevailing weather conditions for the family all year round.

Constructed with Canadian Oregon timber frame, hardwood sub floor with Merbau decking  Polycarbonate Roofing and Colorbond flashings and gutters.

 All roofing for this project was supplied by
