Gable Verandah with Columns

Customer Requirements:

Provide Gabled structure to run the length of the rear of Dwelling
Match existing House lines and textures
Provide effective Verandah design to captive the extensive paving entertainment area already prepared
Roofing using of Polycarbonate & Colorbond Roofing.

Clients as structure was on the east side of dwelling a full Polycarbonate roofing was considered most appropriate.

Painting by Total project Specialists was carried out between frame and roofing stage. Colours to match existing dwelling colours.

Gable in-fills were sealed with cement sheet.

Primary usage for external entertaining, protection needed from prevailing weather conditions for exit doors plus dry area for the family all year round.
