Clients Requirements:

This simple structured Gabled Verandah was constructed making use of the existing dwelling. A gable roof located in the alcove was installed to match our clients requirements.

Utilising Polycarbonate roofing to provide filtered light all year round whilst providing an atmosphere of space in the walkway from the dwelling to the backyard.

Design of roof to match existing roof pitch and general existing dwelling textures provided a sensational yet functional result to match clients needs and budget

Slate impression concrete was provided under roofed structure to blend with existing dwelling colours whilst providing a strong durable and functional surface.

Concrete Pavers' were added to uncovered section to provide contrast and space to the change in structure and feel developed by extending the timber structure to fence line and hence provide a private but open court yard effect.
