Good way to start this process is to have a meeting to discuss requirements and general thrust of your project. We do provide a FREE design discussion at our offices to provide a general indication of design options, costs and timeframe. This type of discussion generally advised to establish if your needs and budget reflect the realities that confront you once you begin your project from plans up. Dependant upon what your project both costs and timeframe will vary and also if Council approvals such as Town Planning are required as part preparing plans for permit applications. On site meeting can be arrange under our normal on-site inspection fee basis, if a client goes ahead with drafting then this fee is deducted from our overall drafting fees. OVER EASEMENT OR PLANNING DISPENSATIONS VERANDAH'S AND DECKING ONLYOVER EASEMENT FROM $ 175.00 PLANNING / DISPENSATIONS FROM $175.00 plus onsite Inspection of $125.00 = $300. Pricing in this area can vary substantially dependant upon each council requirements and plan amendments and application requirements. All council charges are extra to this cost and each council vary their fee's. Most planning applications start from $350 but can vary dependant upon project and council requirements - project specific.
