Verandah with decking extends your Living area to new heights

Customer Requirements:

  • Shelter to rear exit's of Dwelling

  • Provide entertainment area that's multi facetted - spa - lounge - dining - cooking etc.

  • Match existing House lines and textures

  • Provide both Dry and Open Decking area's using the Verandah to provide direction to areas beyond

  • Provide effective Design to Structure to enhance area beyond just a plain deck by using screens - seats and planters boxes to effect plus purpose.

  • Create a private area that's open but diverse.

Merbau decking was chosen as it provides both matching colour textures to contrast the Verandah's individual  texture and overall ambience to rear entertainment area and is very durable.

Gable roof design provides a height to roofed area that allows Verandah to reach out from dwelling whilst maintaining a connection to dwelling.

Primary usage for external entertaining and protection needed from prevailing weather conditions for the family all year round.

Constructed with Dry Treated Pine F7 plus Cypress gold Posts. Roofing is full Polycarbonate Roofing with Colorbond flashings and gutters.
