Customer Requirements:

Shelter from rear of garage
Provide Skylights to provide light
Match existing House lines and textures
Design of Structure to enhance area whilst maintaining height across a wide and long structure.

Client required an area that would match their outdoor lifestyle. With structure facing northern harsh sun a mixture of Colorbond and Polycarbonate roofing was used to achieve both light and shelter needs.

Gable type roof design furthered the statement of structure plus allow the extension of the undercover area for external entertaining and protection plus achieve height over a large Verandah area.

Construction using Canadian Oregon timber frame, Cypress Gold Posts, Colorbond & Polycarbonate Roofing and Colorbond flashings and gutters to Verandah extension provided the material solutions required to the design needs.

Peranda Posts lights inserted to some posts for external ambient lighting.

Pattern Paving finished the project as a complete project.
