Clients Project Requirements:

• Provide improved modern paving and exit from dwelling

• Establish an entrance to deck area in balance with dwelling exit

• Establish main entertainment deck area with interrupted views of back yard garden and beyond.

Deck was constructed to lead from new paved area directly in front of dwelling exit.

Again we utilised Timber & Wire handrails to provide advantages with making the beautiful views from the dwelling and the deck a feature of the deck first impressions.

Design and size of decking area to provide a useful entertainment area directly outside dwelling rear exit.

Merbau decking was used for flooring with Dry Treated Pine F7 Frame. Handrails used a pre-primed handrail top with stainless steel wire.

All posts were dressed Cypress Pine Gold 90 x 90mm.
