Clients Requirements:

• Provide stunning views of surrounding area

• Provide Filtered Light to under deck

• Establish main entertainment area with easy access to and from dwelling

This open Deck was constructed making use of the existing dwellings height and to maximise the views from dwelling.

Utilising Wire handrails provided substantial advantages with making the view from the dwelling itself more accessible..

Design and size of decking area to provide a useful entertainment area directly outside dwelling rear exit.

Merbau decking was used for flooring with Dry Treated Pine F7 Frame. Handrails used a pre-primed handrail top with stainless steel wire and metal droppers. All posts were dressed Cypress Pine Gold 90 x 90mm.
