Clients Requirements:

• Provide Shelter at dwelling exit from Rain

• Provide Filtered Light to Dwelling

• Provide a useful outdoor living area for all year round

• Provide some access to views from deck

This Twin Gabled Verandah & Deck was constructed making use of the existing dwelling was installed to provide a clear sitting eating area plus and BBQ area

Utilising Polycarbonate roofing to provide filtered light all year round whilst providing an atmosphere of space.

Design and size of decking area to provide a useful entertainment area directly outside dwelling rear exit.

Merbau decking was used for flooring with Dry Treated Pine Verandah frame. Handrails used a pre-primed handrail top with vertical slats to conform with health and safety required due to height of deck structure.
