Classic gabled styled Verandah over decking. Lifestyle  aims with imagination and style.

Clients Requirements:

This Gabled Verandah & Deck was constructed making use of the existing dwelling was installed to match our clients requirements.

Utilising Polycarbonate roofing to provide filtered light all year round whilst providing an atmosphere of space.

Design and size of decking area to provide a useful entertainment area directly outside dwelling rear exit.

Treated Pine Dry decking was used for flooring with a Canadian Oregon Frame. Handrails used a pre-primed handrail top with vertical slats to conform with health and safety required due to height of deck structure.
