Carport Requirements were:

• Make a difficult entrance to dwelling appear gradual and easy but blend new project with dwelling

• Shelter to Vehicles and their passengers when alighting from cars

• Providing new pattern paved entrance and paths to dwelling

• Match existing House lines and textures

• Provide effective Design to Structure to enhance area whilst blending with existing tiled house roof.

• Provide a simple front Verandah to Dwelling

Adding Brick Pillars whilst an extra expense provided a texture and overall ambience and conformance to the rest of the site, hence adding greater value to the overall outcome.

By adding a Hipped Gable type roof design furthers the statement of structure plus allowing greater undercover area.

Carport use of a Colorbond roof with matching flashings and gutters finished the project.

Subject to location particularly if Carport not directly on dwelling demonstrated that Colorbond can have no adverse effect on the project's outcome.
